SENIORS FOR HUMANITY!

‘Twas our last year at Catholic.

When all around the school…

The CLASS OF ’07 had one more thing to do.

The Seniors were nestled all snug in their beds

While visions of college days danced in their heads.

When out in the city there arose such a clatter,

They sprang from their beds to see what was the matter!

There were people, young children, with no where to live.

The Seniors at Catholic knew just what to give.

A gift to the school was not what was needed;

A home for a family… An idea was seeded!

Sixty-thousand dollars is what it will take.

A Habitat for Humanity house we will make.

As soon as we can secure the funds

The Seniors will lay the bricks one by one!

Mr. Healy was proud, to his kids gave a whistle.

And they started to work as stealth as a missile.

But we heard him exclaim as he walked down the halls,

“CCHS we can do it… Let’s build these four walls!!!
