Volunteers 

Thank you all for volunteering to help with the annual Charlotte Catholic High School Book Sale.  As many of you know, this is a major fundraising activity for the Athletic Association at school, and without your assistance, we would not be able to provide the needed funds for so many of our students’ athletic activities and events. 

If you are volunteering on 5/22, 5/23, 6/3, and 6/4 from 8-12, please arrive at school by 7:45 AM.  We will go over instructions before the start of the shift. The "buyback" will be located in the hallway just outside the Counselors’ offices on 5/22, 5/23, 6/3. On Wednesday 6/4, we will be moving all of the books into the cafeteria for the sale. If you are volunteering for 6/4 from 12:30-4PM, please arrive at school by 12:15PM.  We will be in the cafeteria.  If you are working on Thursday 6/5 for the sale, please arrive by 4:00PM.  We will meet in the cafeteria, we will assign tasks and go over the "check out" instructions, and you will be able to purchase your books, if needed. Please plan on staying for 30 minutes after the end of each shift. Also, please bring  a calculator and a pencil and pen for your use during the shift…thank you!!!
