Hello CCHS JV Parents,

I am attaching a roster and a snack schedule. Concerning the roster, I am sure that I mistyped some information. Please do not hesitate to email me with changes.  I will then send a revised roster at the end of the week.

For those who missed the meeting on Friday, Coach Belk stated that at least 3 Conference teams do not field JV Squads. That means that 6 of the games listed will not be played.  He is trying to find replacement games.  This is not an easy job. I believe the teams are Garinger, Harding,and Berry.

Those parents that are scheduled for those 6 games, please do not rush out and buy snacks & drinks.  Hopefully, we will get those games replaced, but if not maybe you can purchase drinks, paper products, etc for the end of year team party.

Speaking of the team party, I would love to have 2 or 3 moms or dads plan and schedule this fun time for all of us.

In addition, I'd love to have help with:

1.  Calling and reminding parents to bring drinks and snacks for the next game.

2.  Someone to print off a small roster and laminate copies for our parents to use during the games.

    We want to cheer on all the players, not just our own son, so we need those rosters.

3.  A couple of parents to help with a phone chain if practice or games get canceled or changed.

If any of you can help with these please let me know.

Also, please let me know if I forgot something that needs taken care of.

We are working on getting the players jackets that can be worn at school.  These jackets cost around $40.00.  We will try to get flyers out asap so the boys can enjoy them during the cooler spring weather.

Coach Belk is ordering black belts to go with the JV uniforms. Keep  your fingers crossed that they arrive by Friday.

Pictures are Tuesday, February 26 right after school.  Please send their uniforms with them that day.  Coach Christmas will hand out forms tomorrow night at practice so that you may order individual pictures if you wish.
