Parent meeting / sign ups for all who are interested in competing in indoor
track on Tuesday night November 6th at 7 PM in the school cafeteria.

A student
athlete participation form/parent participation form
A current physical / health
evaluation form.
A check in the amount of $80 made payable to CCHSAA (participation fee)
****A $50 uniform deposit will be collected when uniforms are issued before the
first meet****
